It was such a treat to see big boy Bennett after almost 2 years since our last session together. He’s bigger and chattier, but those big brown eyes are still taking in the world with wonder… and is it possible he’s gotten even cuter?! After a few minutes to warm up (because apparently he doesn’t remember me from when he was a week old!), he was all smiles and curiosity. An absolute delight!
Nevermind that our original shoot location (a playground) was PACKED with kids on this unusually warm autumn day – we ended up down the road at Patterson Park instead. Turns out all we needed for a fun time was each other… well… Mom’s little goodie bag of favorite toys was a help, too! Thanks, Mom!

Baby Bennett has grown into adorable two year old Bennett! These photos truly capture the thoughtful curiosity behind those intense dark brown eyes–as well as the pure joy he experiences with his parents! Love the photo where Dad is tickling him and also the one where Mom and Dad help him leap into the air on their walk through the fall leaves! (Oh–to be a child again!)
