By far the best parts of taking senior portraits is getting to capture each individual kid’s personality. I always go into a shoot with that ultimate goal: show this kid – capture who they are.
Luckily for me, that was such a breeze with Brandon. While he started out a little hesitant to “pose” in a traditional way, he immediately got the hang of the process. About 15 minutes in, he was adjusting his gaze and smile intensity between shots without my even having to direct him. He may be soft-spoken and not the “selfie” type, but he is a natural in front of the camera. I loved working with him, and I think his final shots reflect that.
